Job Summary
Supervise and develop a world-class customer service team, including agents, specialists, and coordinators. Answer questions about services, input key information for volume statistics, and maintain records of customer service requests and complaints. Audit and resolve customer service issues, monitor call volume and staffing needs, analyze ACD/PBX data to optimize hold times and satisfaction, provide performance coaching, and define work procedures and schedules to improve department efficiency. Ensure a safe work environment and adherence to policies and standards while managing staffing and training to meet organizational objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent strongly preferred
