Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and supervise CSR staff at City National Bank. Responsibilities include coaching CSR staff, balancing cash supply, processing deposits/withdrawals/transfers, identifying customer needs to refer to mortgage, cash management, commercial and trust services, partnering with Branch Manager to generate new business, maintaining accurate customer records in compliance with banking regulations, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues. On-site role based in Charleston, WV.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience in banking or financial institution is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient with banking software and systems
- Ability to supervise CSR staff
- Professional demeanor and ability to build rapport with customers
