Job Summary
Customer Service Staff in Surin responsible for front-desk operations, cash handling, presenting and explaining service plans, processing customer payments, handling equipment returns and claims, creating and modifying contracts, managing service tickets with the CCM system, and supporting sales/technician activities. Requires strong communication, teamwork, and ability to guide customers on APP usage (3BB App) to enhance customer experience and drive new product adoption.
