Customer Service Staff

Manage customer interactions by delivering promotional information, achieving sales targets, and resolving inquiries with a smile. Record sales data into the POS system, verify documents, and compile daily reports. Handle inventory by receiving goods, organizing stock for display, performing stock counts, and managing damaged or expiring items. Process cash and card transactions (including QR) and complete daily cashier closing procedures. Maintain store cleanliness and orderliness during opening and closing shifts while coordinating with management to address immediate issues.
