Job Summary
Customer Service, Sr Associate at Shift4, onsite in Cuauhtémoc (Mexico City) with multichannel support responsibilities. Responsible for resolving inquiries related to payments, POS hardware/software, accounts, and gift card processing; guiding merchants through troubleshooting steps for terminals and integrated software; diagnosing issues and escalating when needed; using internal systems and knowledge bases to provide fast, accurate support; educating users on self-service features; documenting cases and following up to ensure full resolution; managing communications across phone, email, chat, and ticketing while staying organized in a fast-paced environment. Requires 1+ years in a customer service role, strong communication, technical curiosity, ability to explain complex concepts clearly, and experience in POS, SaaS, or FinTech support is a plus; multilingualism (French, Spanish) is an asset.
