Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate product and service information while addressing concerns, conduct outbound calling to follow up, and perform data entry to maintain accurate interaction records. Handle cash transactions and assist with cash handling procedures as needed. Utilize phone etiquette to create a welcoming environment and collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery. Requires standing for long periods. Full-time role with on-the-job training, health insurance, and flexible schedule.
