Job Summary
Customer Service Specialist with German for a global client. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries via phone, webchat, and tickets; supporting customers across countries; promoting first-contact resolution and self-service; maintaining professionalism with challenging interactions; meeting SLA targets and CSAT goals; collaborating with team members; proactively updating customers on progress; ensuring accurate documentation and data protection (GDPR) compliance; maintaining high accuracy in case documentation and system updates; identifying recurring issues and assisting root cause analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ year of experience in a Contact Center / Customer Support / Shared Services environment
- Experience supporting customers via phone, chat, and ticketing systems
- Ability to work with multiple systems (CRM tools, ticketing platforms, internal databases)
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in German, English, and Polish
