Job Summary
Customer Service Specialist fluent in Bulgarian with hybrid work arrangement based in Zagreb (Croatia). Responsibilities include end-to-end order processing in SAP, handling product and delivery-date enquiries, supporting customers on technical product issues, maintaining customer data in SAP, following up on back orders and claims with the European logistics center, liaising between internal departments, providing ad-hoc support to the front-line team, assisting account managers to drive sales, and handling administrative tasks related to sales and logistics. Requires strong Bulgarian language communication, solid English skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, teamwork as well as independent work, and general MS Office proficiency. Experience in customer service and/or order management and SAP knowledge are noted as valuable assets. Hybrid model of work offered with opportunities to contribute in an international environment.
Required Qualifications

- Intermediate English
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail in written communication
- Experience in customer service and/or order management
- General MS Office knowledge
