Job Summary
Customer Service Specialist at the Auburn branch who engages customers in-person and by phone to uncover financial needs, refer customers to specialist banking teams (Home Loans, Business Banking), and coach customers on digital banking. Role blends sales and customer service with accountability for sales and referral targets; permanent part-time, branch-based hours across Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri 9am–4pm. Prior banking experience is ideal but training is provided; strong customer-facing, sales KPI performance, numerical proficiency, and ability to navigate multiple systems are important.
