Job Summary
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction for intercompany customers by managing quotations, orders, reporting, and shipment monitoring. The role involves coordinating the quotation process for customers, entering orders into the ERP system, reporting on order status, monitoring shipments, and handling logistics complaints. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities are essential for success in this position.
Required Qualifications
- Higher education, preferably with a technical or logistics profile
- Several years of experience in a similar role
- Communicative level of English
- High level of accuracy, reliability, responsibility, and punctuality
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Knowledge of MS Office, with strong Excel skills
- Strong teamwork abilities and communication skills
Additional Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in EU is required
