Job Summary
Deliver responsive, professional customer support across phone, chat, and email to resolve inquiries and service issues for US Market customers from the Vancouver office. Manage the full order lifecycle, coordinate with logistics partners to resolve delivery delays, and provide first-level technical troubleshooting and product guidance for premium pergola systems. Maintain accurate records in Zendesk and Shopify, collaborate with Sales and Technical teams to inform product and service improvements, and contribute to customer retention and brand reputation. Requires 2-4 years of customer service experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with Zendesk, Shopify, and CRM tools.
Required Qualifications
- 2 - 4 years of experience in customer service or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Shopify, and internal CRM platforms
- Ability to manage multi-channel communication (phone, chat, email)
- Ability to maintain meticulous records and documentation
