Job Summary

Provide rapid and effective resolution of client issues by receiving and processing partner requests for online transfer bookings (order changes, additional services, incidents) through our CRM; advise clients and partners at all stages of using the online product (search, booking, changes); communicate with suppliers via email and phone; work with CRM systems and internal databases to support travel bookings; remote work from home with a flexible schedule (2 days on, 2 days off; 9:00–21:00 GMT+3) and KPI-based base salary with bonus; opportunity for continuous learning through seminars, trainings, and conferences. Interested candidates will undergo an assessment and HR interview as part of the process.

Required Qualifications

  • English Proficiency: Upper Intermediate (spoken and written)
  • Soft Skills: kindness, empathy, stress-resistance, politeness, responsibility
  • Quick Learner
  • Tech Requirements: functioning computer and microphone
  • Travel knowledge: understanding of travel business and booking systems is an advantage
  • Experience with CRM and booking systems is beneficial
