Job Summary
Serve as the corporate point of contact for Independent Contractors, maintaining regular communication to build trust and long-term relationships while coordinating with state agencies and vendors for licensing, IFTA, and regulatory requirements. Assist drivers in resolving issues related to operations, pay, equipment, permits, or insurance by ordering verifications, processing enrollments and renewals for IRP and third-party services, and managing driver transfers. Review IRP applications for new units, maintain organized records of plate assignments, and accurately manage equipment cancellations in compliance with company policies. Compile driver materials for welcome boxes, track office inventory, and distribute packages from FedEx/UPS/USPS. Work Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, on-site at the Jacksonville location.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or administration
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic computer skills
- Strong typing skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain patient and calm under pressure
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to quickly pivot from one task to another and reprioritize throughout the day
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in the trucking industry
- Associate's degree
