Job Summary
Customer Service Specialist responsible for serving as the primary contact for customers, suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders; handles inbound calls and emails, processes credits/debits/refunds and order adjustments, maintains accurate order records, and supports multiple systems (Salesforce, Vonage, Jabber, Microsoft Office) in a hybrid role based out of Milwaukee West Allis with in-office training and remote flexibility on select days. Emphasizes problem-solving, attention to detail, timely Solutions, plus building relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and interruptions while maintaining focus and accuracy
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and reliability
