Customer Service Specialist

Provide customer service to wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend solutions. Resolve customer concerns promptly, maintain high product quality and store visual standards, and work to achieve the store’s sales goals. Duties involve contact with customers and access to cash and payment methods; role requires adherence to background checks for safety.
