Customer Service Specialist

Conduct daily customer interactions to determine needs, answer product questions, and recommend solutions for wholesale and retail clients. Promptly resolve customer concerns while maintaining high visual standards and staying up-to-date with product features. Achieve excellent service levels and consistently meet store sales goals. This role requires contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash, electronic equipment, and personal information.
