Customer Service Specialist

Provide customer service to wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend solutions. Resolve customer concerns to ensure maximum client satisfaction, stay updated on product features, maintain high quality and visual standards of products and store, and work toward meeting the store’s sales goals. Knowledge of cash handling and access to payment methods may be involved as part of duties. The role involves contact with customers (including minors) and access to store merchandise and sensitive information, with a criminal history review conducted to protect operations.
