Conduct daily customer interactions at Store #5477 in East Greenbush, NY, by determining client needs, answering questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommending appropriate solutions. Promptly resolve customer concerns while maintaining high visual standards for merchandise and store presentation. Achieve excellent customer service ratings and consistently meet store sales goals. This role requires contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash, payment methods, and personal information. Candidates must undergo a criminal history review to protect business operations and public safety.
