Job Summary
Provide frontline customer service to retail and wholesale customers, determine needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. Ensure maximum client satisfaction, stay up-to-date with product features, and maintain high quality and visual standards of the store. Achieve excellent service while meeting the store’s sales goals. Duties involve contact with customers and cash/payments; access to store merchandise and information may be supervised or unsupervised. The role will be based at Store #3974, 328 Berlin Cross Keys Rd., Williamstown, NJ 08094. Must comply with background review to protect customers and store operations.
