Customer Service Specialist

Job Summary
Customer Service Specialist responsible for managing the full order-to-cash process for international medical-sector clients. Responsibilities include processing and monitoring customer orders, coordinating with warehouse, transport, and finance teams, ensuring accurate invoicing and administration, tracking order progress and delivery timelines, and serving as the main point of contact for customers and stakeholders. Must communicate effectively in English (Dutch a plus), be proactive, and help optimize processes to ensure timely, high-quality service. Familiarity with ERP and Excel, ability to multitask, and comfort working in a fast-paced, international environment are required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or logistics is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus
- Administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Comfortable working with systems (ERP, Excel)
- Interest or experience in logistics and/or customer service
- Knowledge of German or another European language is a plus
