Job Summary
Customer Service Specialist handles orders in line with contracts, cooperates with Logistics and Purchasing, monitors sales plans and stock/receivables, prepares reports, supports Sales Managers in developing international markets, and relies on strong English/German communication, Excel/SAP skills, and customer-facing efficiency. The role is based in Krakow or Brzesko, Poland with the possibility of partial remote work and on-site onboarding in Brzesko.
Required Qualifications
- University degree preferred (economics, international trade or similar)
- Very good command of English (B2/C1)
- Very good command of German (B2/C1)
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with customers
- Good analytical skills and well-organized approach to work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a similar role in an international environment is an advantage
- SAP experience is a plus
