Job Summary
Own customer orders end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, pricing, lead times, and on-time delivery while proactively reviewing open orders and communicating changes before customers ask. Create shipping releases, manage expedited shipments, and process returns, credits, samples, and pricing requests with speed and accuracy. Maintain customer data and contacts in Salesforce CRM, capture insights to drive continuous improvement, and escalate system or process issues to closure. Lead customer meetings focused on open orders and service performance, create custom reports and training materials, and assist Sales with onboarding new customers. Partner closely with Sales and cross-functional teams including Scheduling, Supply Chain, and Engineering.
