Job Summary
Customer Service Specialist focused on Outreach for HealthMark. Responsibilities include monitoring emails, faxes, and chat; providing detailed status on medical-record requests; routing inquiries to appropriate departments; ensuring notes are detailed in Med-Release; guiding requestors and patients on submitting requests online or by fax; assisting with downloading records; and meeting daily targets (100 emails resolved or 200 faxes depending on inbox). Requires strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. High school diploma or GED required; HIPAA knowledge preferred but not required. Standard schedule is 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday; role is full-time and remote within the United States. Passion for patient empathy, reliability, and teamwork are valued.
