Job Summary
Assist customers by resolving pre and post-delivery inquiries, evaluating needs to determine necessary service options, and processing returns, exchanges, refunds, and adjustments accurately. Model the HEAT method to create positive experiences, build relationships, and follow up on concerns in a timely manner. Research customer accounts, check merchandise status, and recommend service options while maintaining company policies. Maintain a clean workstation, complete required training, and work nights, weekends, or early morning hours as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of customer service experience that has included answering customer questions and concerns on a regular, includes one-to-one interaction
- OM & KC ONLY: 6 months of cash handling experience
- Ability to enter data quickly and accurately
- Computer skills and ability to navigate through MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to work nights, weekends and/or early morning hours based on business needs
- Pre-employment screening includes criminal background check
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- OM & KC ONLY: 6 months of cash handling experience preferred
- English/Spanish bilingual speakers preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
