Job Summary
Hybrid role combining Front Desk Support and Customer Service Specialist responsibilities in a Cape & Martha's Vineyard-area client. Responsibilities include call intake, listening and documenting customer information, handling inquiries and service requests, coordinating with the Service Department, appointment scheduling, quality assurance, problem resolution, and two days/week at the front desk. Weekly pay. Qualifications include 1+ years of call-center or similar experience, strong verbal and written communication, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Compensation is $21.00-$23.00/hour with benefits including healthcare, 401k match, vacation, sick time, and PTO. Location is Falmouth, MA with a hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience as a Call Service Agent, or similar experience/call center
