Job Summary
Customer Service Specialist supporting MCA’s Voice MSS division: manage collections, process payments, generate invoices, conduct customer satisfaction surveys, prepare territory reports, and assist with contract administration. Requires 2+ years in collections/AR or related roles, strong billing/payment processing knowledge, proficiency in Excel, and ability to work remotely from SC, NC, or TN. Emphasizes data accuracy, cross-team collaboration, and continuous process improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, customer service, or administrative support roles
- Strong understanding of billing, invoicing, and payment processing procedures
- Experience with contract administration or supporting contract documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for reporting and data tracking
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and create accurate reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
