Job Summary
Resolve cardholder inquiries regarding credit cards and electronic payment systems while explaining self-service solutions to merchants and cardholders. Analyze error messages, track transactions, and document all procedures carefully. Handle billing explanations and coordinate terminal replacement requests when necessary. Perform duties including night shifts and weekend services with applicable overtime. Requires excellent German skills in speaking and writing, with English proficiency desired.
Required Qualifications
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in Nachtschichten sowie Wochenenddiensten
Desired Qualifications
- Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung
- Interesse und Freude daran, Zusammenhänge und Prozesse zu verstehen
- Offenheit, sich in vielseitige Systemlandschaften einzuarbeiten
- Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
- Freude am direkten und indirekten Kundenkontakt
- Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
- Eine weitere Fremdsprache – z. B. Französisch oder Italienisch – ist von Vorteil
