Job Summary
Manage daily customer inquiries, fill out paperwork, and enter orders for assigned house accounts while triaging quote requests and RFQs into the CRM. Serve as the primary point of contact for high-volume accounts, communicating delays to clients and bridging them with internal teams like Finance, Supply Chain, and Shipping. Handle end-to-end order processes, including responding to issues as they occur and supporting large volume programs with outside sales partners. Assist with shipping and receiving tasks on a rotational basis to gain a holistic view of the customer order lifecycle and document recurring issues for process improvement.

- Microsoft Office Experience
