Job Summary
Customer Service Specialist II at Syniverse provides first-level support for all products and services, troubleshoots customer issues, resolves problems promptly, and supports projects/implementations as needed. The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred), 2+ years in telecommunications/customer service, Windows PC experience, and strong communication skills. The position supports flexible/remote work.
Required Qualifications
