Job Summary
Customer Service Specialist II handles retailer inquiries, tracks order status, stock on hand, and processing of credits and returns; coordinates with shipping and traffic departments and with the credit and accounting teams to update orders and issue credits; provides support documentation for credits/debits and reviews Returned Goods Forms for correct inventory adjustments; must have strong phone skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with SAP/AS400 and Excel to support a safe, productive warehouse environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma required
- Some college education preferred
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
- Excellent phone skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Experience with SAP, AS400, Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
- Ability to work in warehouse environment when researching discrepancies
