Customer Service Specialist I

Job Summary
Manage invoicing, administration, order management, quotations, and master data for external and internal customers while resolving complex requirements and handling escalations. Liaise with partner functions including sales, commercial, and distribution to fulfill requests and ensure timely enquiry resolution. Become an expert in Customer Relationship Management systems and develop daily customer service reports. Act as a single point of contact for technical activities and serve as a deputy to the Supervisor when required. Drive efficiency initiatives and contribute to new joiner training materials. Maintain high data accuracy and quality while adhering to company policies and operational guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3-5 years' customer service experience in an SSC/multinational/office environment
- Requires a high school diploma
- Must possess self-motivation, enthusiasm, a positive attitude and perform as a team player
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload effectively
- Must demonstrate judgment, diplomacy in dealing with internal and external customers
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, to act without having all details available, have a sense of ownership of roles and responsibilities and ability to see the bigger picture, demonstrate a can-do attitude and a proactive solution-focused mindset
- Competent Microsoft Office user
- Must be very approachable, calm, and methodical
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to multitask under tight deadlines
- Display stringent attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrate high integrity and compliance
- Be able to lead and facilitate meetings, take ownership for actions
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems preferred
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not essential, candidates with relevant experience and knowledge will also be considered
