Job Summary
Front desk customer service for Willamalane facilities, providing in-person and telephone information, assisting with program registrations and facility rentals, setting up equipment and coordinating event support, with light custodial duties and emergency response readiness. Requires high school graduation or equivalent and at least one year of customer service experience; shifts include nights and weekends; duties include answering calls, assisting patrons, processing registrations, coordinating program and rental needs, and maintaining records, with occasional outdoor event support and adherence to district policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduation or equivalency and one year of customer service, facility set up and or cashier experience in a busy and highly public environment; or any satisfactory combination of experience and training which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, ability, maturity and professional judgment to perform the above-described duties.
