Job Summary
Customer Service Specialist role focusing on logistics, administrative and financial support for sales orders with regular interaction to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue targets. Responsibilities include handling sales with new and existing customers via telephone, supporting dealers with technical questions, creating and sending quotations and agreements in line with price policies, ensuring correct sales order administration in the ERP system, informing customers about delivery times, providing product and price information, handling complaints and following up on solutions with After Sales, engaging in commercial activities to attract new customers, analyzing external market and competition, and collaborating with Finance on late payments and delivery stoppage.
Required Qualifications
- Very good command of English (spoken and written)
- Excellent verbal and written skills with a consultative sales approach
- Basic understanding of technology or strong interest in learning
- BA degree in business related field (asset)
