Customer Service Specialist (Healthcare)

Job Summary
Plan and organize dialysis product and service deliveries to customers, acting as the central link between the logistics chain and service fulfillment. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in SAP while processing orders, answering product inquiries, and handling invoice requests. Serve as the primary contact for patients, hospitals, pharmacies, and transport partners, managing complaints and ensuring smooth service delivery across home care, hospital, and wholesale channels. Collaborate intensively with internal departments to resolve issues quickly and achieve high customer satisfaction. Report to the Customer Excellence Lead in the Netherlands within a team of two officers. Requires at least two years in commercial or customer service, SAP proficiency, and fluent Dutch and English.
Required Qualifications
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een commerciële of Customer Service functie
- HBO-werk- en denkniveau
- Goede kennis van Microsoft Office
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
- Minimaal 36 uur per week beschikbaar
- Een hands-on mentaliteit
- Een oplossingsgerichte instelling
- Je waarborgt hoge klanttevredenheid door sterke planning en snelle probleemoplossing
