Job Summary
Customer Service Specialist at GF Building Flow Solutions (GF BFS Latvia) supports customers in Latvia with end-to-end order handling, returns, shipping coordination, and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include order processing, returns processing, monitoring outstanding order lines, forwarding shipping information, handling backlogged items, creating credit notes, clarifying payment differences, processing claims, and providing unit manager support on administrative topics. Requires commercial vocational training, strong MS Office skills, knowledge of Oracle ERP (plus) and Salesforce (plus), fluent English, a confident and customer-friendly demeanor, and flexibility/resilience. The role is based in Riga, Latvia with an in-person office setting and opportunities for growth within an international team.
Required Qualifications
- Commercial vocational training
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Good knowledge of the ERP system Oracle – is a plus
- Good knowledge of Salesforce – is a plus
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
- Confident demeanor and friendly interaction with customers
- To be flexible and resilient, open-minded, interested and decisive.
