Job Summary
Customer Service Specialist at Frontline Insurance handling a high volume of inbound calls from insureds and agents in a call-center-like environment; process mail, scan documents, link items to policies, and classify documents; perform simple to moderately complex endorsements (address changes, name updates, coverage inquiries, paperless preferences, returned mail); build relationships with mortgage companies, agents, and insureds; oversee queue linking in ImageNow for routing; assist with departmental projects to improve efficiency; research discrepancies and escalate complex issues; track and report activities to identify trends and support service quality improvements; ensure regulatory compliance and company standards; requires a High School diploma/GED and typically 2+ years in P&C Insurance; active insurance licenses (4-40, 20-44, or 2-20) are required; hybrid work schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- minimum 2 years’ experience and/or training in P&C Insurance desired; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- An active 4-40, 20-44, or 2-20 license is required
- Insurance-related designation desirable (CPCU preferred)
