Job Summary
Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d) at Diasorin, based in Neu-Isenburg with hybrid remote options. Responsibilities include receiving complaints and forwarding/following up on them, providing telephone support for issues with analysis systems and test kits, advising on products, documenting all complaints/inquiries in the complaint management system, escalating to the Senior AMS Manager for Central Europe when necessary, handling patient sera or kits, and participating in projects. Requires a B.S./B.A./M.S. in natural sciences or related field (or completed training in medical technology), 2–3 years of relevant experience, and strong German and English communication skills; knowledge of Polish is a plus. Required Qualifications
- B.S., B.A., or M.S. in natural sciences/biology, laboratory sciences, etc.
- Completed training in the medical technology field
- At least 2–3 years of professional experience
- Ideally with laboratory experience as well as experience with CLIA, ELISA, and molecular testing and automated systems
