Job Summary
Customer Service Specialist for the Danish market responsible for being the main contact for Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. Handle complex inquiries and escalations (including technical and installation-related topics), manage cancellations/claims/returns/refunds, collaborate with logistics partners and internal teams, and contribute to customer satisfaction and NPS improvements. Requires native or near-native Danish language skills, 3–5 years of customer service experience (e-commerce preferred), ability to explain technical products, and strong IT affinity. Offers ownership, fast-track growth, an international Scandinavian-minded team, and employee perks. Based in Berlin with in-person work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Native or near-native Danish language proficiency
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service or a customer-facing B2C role
- Strong English skills in addition to Danish
- Ability to explain technical products and solutions to customers
- Experience withZendesk, Shopify, Aircall or similar tools is a plus
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong prioritization skills
