Job Summary
Handle inbound enquiries, process customer orders, and enter them into the ERP system with precision. Provide expert product advice on partitioning systems, sliding doors, and accessories while resolving issues and tracking orders to ensure seamless service delivery. Engage with architects, builders, and subcontractors to build long-term relationships and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, manufacturing, and logistics teams. Apply Monday through Friday with no weekends, earning a competitive salary of $65k-75k plus super and a profit-sharing bonus after six months.
