Job Summary

Customer Service Specialist at CANPACK Group in Krakow/Brzesko, Poland. Responsibilities include cooperating with the customer’s Logistics and Purchasing departments, handling customer orders in line with contracts, monitoring execution of sales plans for assigned customers, controlling stock levels and receivables, preparing reports and summaries, and supporting Sales Managers in developing international markets. Ideal candidate has a university degree (economics/international trade preferred), strong English (B2/C1), proficiency in MS Office (Excel), excellent communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team; SAP experience is a plus. Partial remote work available with on-site onboarding in Brzesko/Kraków and an international working environment. Equal opportunity employer.

Required Qualifications

  • University degree (preferred: economics, international trade or similar)
  • Very good command of English (B2/C1)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with customers
  • Good analytical skills and well-organized approach to work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in a similar role in an international environment is an advantage
  • SAP experience is a plus
