Job Summary
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and SMS, delivering professional, friendly, and timely support. Explain NDIS Plan Management benefits and help customers navigate the NDIS. Build trust through empathetic communication; investigate and resolve issues, following up to ensure satisfaction. Maintain accurate records for audit and compliance, learn NDIS Program Rules and internal procedures, and use MyIntegra’s systems (e.g., Salesforce/CRM) to manage enquiries and complete administrative tasks. This role requires effective communication, empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a customer service agent in a call centre
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce
