Job Summary
Customer Service Specialist handles customer interactions via phone, email, online chat, and in-person to provide support and information on products or services; processes orders for new or additional products or services; collaborates with outside and inside sales teams to support the company’s service level; handles billing-related tasks such as collecting credit card receipts and processing work orders; participates in both Customer Service and Service sides and maintains accurate records while resolving customer questions or complaints and escalating when needed.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and detail oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Petroleum product or automotive distribution experience is a plus
