Job Summary
Manage end-to-end order management for assigned international markets, acting as the single point of contact for dedicated business customers and distributors. Respond to order and logistics queries via email, validate and process orders through SAP ERP, and track fulfillment progress to identify risks and prevent delays. Coordinate with logistics providers and internal departments to exchange information on customer orders and stock situations, ensuring timely, accurate execution and high-quality master data. Maintain strong stakeholder relationships while proactively seeking opportunities to update orders and ensure on-time shipments. This office/hybrid role (4 days at Warsaw office) supports supply chain processes within Brown-Forman's Polish hub, a key European center managing complex operations across multiple markets.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in operations in international business environment
- Experience in related work within a changing and dynamic environment
- Demonstrated ability to make decisions independently based on logical assumptions and factual information
- Experience working with a supply chain system, ideally SAP
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Exceptional communication skills (influencing, listening, written)
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels with strong stakeholder awareness
- Collaborative team player with conflict management skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks at the same time
- Attention to details and high work quality
- Adaptable, flexible and resilient
