Responsibilities include answering inbound and outbound calls, troubleshooting issues, researching accounts, and partnering with other lines of business to fulfill requests, often using independent judgment to determine best solutions. The role requires completing Frost’s Telephone Customer Service training (4 weeks) followed by an extended development program, and maintaining flexible availability including weekends. Bilingual English/Spanish is noted as an additional preferred skill. The position is located in San Antonio, TX.

Required Qualifications
