Job Summary
Provide customer service and support to parents, providers, and interested parties, with a focus on communication and data management. Document interactions and handle clerical and administrative tasks to maintain accurate records for the agency's programs. Work non-traditional schedules including evenings in a fully on-site office environment. This role supports CCRC's mission to cultivate child, family, and community well-being by assisting close to 50,000 parents and providers monthly across Northern Los Angeles and San Bernardino Counties.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- One year of customer service experience
- Ability to work non-traditional work schedules, which may include evenings
- Background check
- Live Scan Clearance / DOJ Fingerprinting
- Health Clearance
- MVR / DMV clearance
- CPR / Pediatric CPR certification
- Federal Debarment Checks
