Job Summary
Greet customers at the Alphagraphics Boise front counter, answer phones, accurately process calls and orders, enter pricing and orders into the POS system, handle payments, verify order accuracy, and follow up on estimates. Train to become competent back-up during holidays and illnesses and pursue certifications (Certified Print Specialist, Digital Certification). Maintain filing systems and artwork files, refer customers to inside sales when appropriate, and develop customer trust through attentive service in a fast-paced printing-environment. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 0-3 years of relevant experience; strong Microsoft Office and MIS experience preferred; basic computer skills and the ability to learn POS software. Required Qualifications
- Strong technology skill with Microsoft Office and have worked with an MIS system

- Experience in the printing industry an advantage
- Enjoys fast-paced working environment – ability to “multi-task”

- Has basic computer experience; ability to learn Point of Sales (POS) software for entering orders, estimates, and front counter transactions
- Demonstrates and utilizes courteous service
- Shift: 8:30am to 5:30pm
- Pay - $16-20 per hour (depending on specific industry experience)
