Welcome new clients by walking them through their coverage and ensuring a seamless transition while collecting, verifying, and processing necessary onboarding documents. Monitor new business applications to meet underwriting requirements and deadlines, then answer incoming calls and digital messages to address policy setup concerns. Maintain accurate electronic records by logging all client interactions and work hand-in-hand with sales agents to transition accounts into fully compliant policies. This role requires a Property & Casualty license and offers a salary range of $42,000 to $65,000 with monthly cash bonuses. Required Qualifications
- A Property & Casualty (P&C) license or Personal Lines license
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong ability to multi-task, follow through, and follow up on pending paperwork

- An upbeat, enthusiastic, and empathetic attitude with customers and teammates
