Job Summary
Customer Service Specialist to be a helpful, positive point of contact for customers via phone and email, handling questions, quotes, shipment updates, scheduling, and data entry. Collaborates with Dispatch and Operations to keep customers informed and resolve issues, supports basic administrative tasks and documentation, and uses Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Prior customer service experience is preferred; transportation experience is a plus.
