Job Summary

Customer Service (Self Determination) Support Specialist role in a call-center environment based in Sturgis, MI. Responsibilities include handling incoming/outgoing calls to support external/internal stakeholders, data entry into databases, sending documents via DocuSign or email, proper document naming/saving in the document management system, assisting customers with returning documents, managing DocuSign accounts, ensuring compliance for audits, reviewing timesheets, completing payroll checklists, and collaborating with team to reduce errors. Education required: High School Diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred. Hybrid work schedule after 90 days (2 days in office, 3 days remote) with potential to become fully remote after one year. Location: Sturgis, Michigan (on-site).
