Job Summary
Social-First Customer Care Specialist responsible for being the first point of contact for users across social channels and email, handling public comments and DMs, resolving account and subscription issues, billing, and product-related troubleshooting. Role requires strong written and verbal English and Spanish (B1+), experience with CRM systems, and the ability to provide empathetic, brand-consistent support in a highly visible, remote environment. You will respond in real time, escalate when needed, use AI-assisted drafting tools to reply faster while maintaining accuracy, and contribute to quality across shifts. Remote position based in Setúbal, Portugal, with an 8-hour rotating shift schedule and a focus on customer care for subscription-based products.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in social care, community management, CX support, or digital customer service
- Fluent in English (written and oral)
- Spanish proficiency of B1 or above
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift on a rotating shift schedule
